Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) SERVICES
Our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team includes Site Safety Manager (SSM), Certified Safety Professionals (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH), and Qualified Site Safety Representatives (QSSP). Our design team, construction managers and special inspectors are fully certified, responsive and client-centered. We have extensive experience in the construction safety and health area, supporting numerous projects with a built value exceeding $10 billion. We have worked on behalf of owners, construction managers, general contractors, and specialty contractor teams, and understand the different priorities and motivations of the project team.
With knowledge of current regulations and existing issues and obstacles, LOZIER’s EHS experts effectively navigate the project challenges and respond to the safety and health concerns in a proactive, facilitative manner.
Representative responsibilities may include:
Periodic or daily visits and inspections, supervising and mentoring the field staff
Serving as the Safety Professional of Record for many projects supporting the Construction Management team
Acting as the owner’s CM Health and Safety Officer
Specific interventions as requested, in response to an accident, injury or regulatory (OSHA or NYCDOB) violations
Action related to employee complaints or concerns regarding the health and safety issues
